'Honey Bloom' - honey,milky,silky soap

Do you celebrate March the 8th? I personally don't, but many women here do!
So, if you do, have a good fun!

How would you name soap if it smells like honey, contains honey and looks very honey?
Honey colours for honey soap!

It also contains goats milk, yogurt, heavy cream, cocoa butter and silk, as featured ingredients.

This is the last soap with sweet, heavy, wintery scent, if it matters at all.
We didn't have a real winter this year, we didn't see the snow and I'm a bit sorry for that. Now, in March, I think we can say good buy to it, until the end of the year.
My next (probably) two posts will be on spring florals- fragrances which gave me tremendously tough time! Oh gosh, have you ever experienced a soap-on-the-stick?
Except Jenny, who I know she has?

Well, stay tuned to see my take at florals!

Oh yeah, my little cuties of 'Honey Bloom' and new watermark. This was the last photo edited, so I put the new watermark, I was lazy to go back to the others and change it.
Have a nice Sunday!

Honey Bloom'

    1. Thanks, Signe. I love colourful soaps, but there is not much you can do when it's all about honey!
Oh, florals are so unpredictable, I really should test them before I try to make a loaf. But,I'm just too impatient to make tests first.

  5. I was reading the ingredients of your Honey Bloom soap and I thought, wow, that's a lot of great ingredients in one soap! I've had my share of soap on a stick, maybe 4 or 5 times already. Good thing we can rebatch and I enjoy using those soaps and the people I give them to are happy. :-)
Great job on your discreet watermark. I keep on putting off how to learn it. Haha!

I didn't rebatch it, but what I did, you will have to wait ti see ;-)

    2. I blogged about the earlier soaps I rebatched and even did a tutorial on it! Haha! Late last year I made another beer soap that seized on me and I didn't blog about it anymore.
I'm sure you did something unexpected with your soap on a stick. Looking forward to it. :-)

    3. At the top part of my blog page, you will find the different categories. There is one just on rebatch!
But here anyway, here are the links:

  7. Why do I nowadays see all food in soap :) I think it looks just like cake... Perhaps a honey cake ;) The colors are so golden and warm. It is something that is nice this time of year. We did not have a proper winter here in southern Finland either. Only snow for a few weeks and now I have small spring flowers blooming in my back yard. And yes, I have got soap on a stick two times when I tried to get yellow soap with too much red palm oil and a fragrance called "carrot cake". I tried the recipe twice with extra water but the result was the same.

    1. This thing is that I'd asked some people to recommend me fragrances that don't accelerate, don't discolour (exccept it's expected by its nature) and stick well. This one was ranked high and I got it. It's wonderful, though, but didn't meet my expectations when it comes to its behaviour.
This one was a charm to work with, although it's sweet and floral at the same time.

Interesantan i unikatan

  9. Lovely soap! Looking forward to the spring creations, I can never get enough of floral scents. Keep your oils and lye solution really cool, like let them sit in the garage over night. Mix in short bursts with stick blender, then mix in the fo manually. I've never had soap on the stick, but don't plan for a complicated design either.
